Overview:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health is responsible for providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability. The Occupational Therapy Assistant performs his/her duties in accordance with policies and procedures and the established plan of care. Qualifications

License Requirements
  • Current OTA licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Additional State Requirements
  • AR: No additional state specific requirements.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
